Amy Harmer
President/Co-Founder:

Amy Harmer is the Co-Founder and President of Simply Done Corporation, a corporate concierge and life style management company.

With more than 12 years of experience in the field, Amy's background includes a unique blend of experience in sales, customer service, contract implementation and inventory management. She has succeeded in family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 organizations alike.

Prior to co-founding Simply Done, Amy was an account manager at GlaxoSmithKline where her superior clinical knowledge and customer relationships enabled her to convert several large health systems to a new pediatric vaccine. Her success in implementing revised vaccine schedules, training clinic staff and assisting with inventory management allowed her to advance her career within GSK. Amy accepted a newly created representative position which involved physician education, product promotion and organizing dinner programs.

Previously, Amy spent four years as a territory manager at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company. During her tenure, she facilitated new product launches at hospitals including Mayo Clinic, increased medical device sales in her territory by more than 1 million dollars and won the distinguished Summit Society Award for outstanding performance.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Amy held account executive positions at two Fortune 1000 companies. At Genzyme, where she received numerous awards for excellent performance, her responsibilities included developing customer relationships, training surgeons on medical devices, new product promotion, organizing dinner programs and implementing hospital contracts. At IKON, Amy's ability to understand the needs of her clients and deliver excellent customer service enabled her to achieve President's Club four consecutive years.

Amy graduated Cum Laude from Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in Business Management. She continued her education by attending the Ritz Carlton Customer Service Training Program and gained a wealth of experience while serving on the board of directors at Tamarack Engineering Corporation.
